Wonderful
The hotel is well located and the room was comfortable and modern, if a little small. The staff were friendly.
Although the hotel was generally very quiet, there was some noise from the street (to be expected in a busy area) and also in the corridor as other guests returned late at night.

Great location! With very accommodating and helpful staff! Thanks for making our first visit to Osaka so comfortable and easy.
Breakfast menu. We get to eat the same food. Wish it had more food choices and variety.

We liked the location since it was connected to the train station through underground passageways. Price per night was also reasonable.
I wish there was a larger space for hanging clothes, and placing toiletries in the bathroom.
